In the 15th minute, Fletcher Baba made a precise shot to the right of Radek Pivovar. FK Řitka's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After 23 minutes, Cholachat Čech mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FK Řitka and the Australian Youth Academy players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 28th minute Fletcher Baba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radek Pivovar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 30 minutes into the match, FK Řitka's goalkeeper Radek Pivovar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fletcher Baba. Radek Pivovar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaspar Olando in the 31st minute of the match. Radek Pivovar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fletcher Baba, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. After taking down the ball on Australian Youth Academy's corner Fletcher Baba fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Radek Pivovar quite easily take care of the ball. Fletcher Baba's long shot made the audience stand up and applaude when it rumbled by Radek Pivovar on his right side and into the goal. 33 minutes into the game it was 2-0. With a little luck, FK Řitka's Radek Pivovar got control of the ball when Fletcher Baba tried to sneak it across the goal line. Baxter Baba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvestr Kopec in the 40th minute of play. After a rather tough play, FK Řitka's Silvestr Kopec got a free kick in the 44th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaspar Olando in the 46th minute of play forced FK Řitka's goalkeeper Radek Pivovar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jiří Vejvoda was the one to do the kick off. Radek Pivovar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fletcher Baba's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. Martin Los fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baxter Baba having to interfere. After having played for 58 minutes, Gaspar Olando managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Australian Youth Academy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gaspar Olando was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tomáš Vik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baxter Baba having to interfere. Australian Youth Academy's Gaspar Olando got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 69 minutes, Su Tu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FK Řitka and the Australian Youth Academy players grew even worse after the yellow card. Su Tu hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Radek Pivovar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fletcher Baba in the 72nd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fletcher Baba in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Radek Pivovar saved FK Řitka from getting behind. In the 74th minute Carmichael Baba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radek Pivovar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 83 minutes into the game, Jiří Vejvoda was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FK Řitka's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Australian Youth Academy the free kick. In the 83rd minute of the match Jonty Sedgman shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Radek Pivovar showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Baxter Baba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Los in the 93rd minute of the match. Baxter Baba made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Jiří Vejvoda sent off a good shot on target. Australian Youth Academy's Baxter Baba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomáš Vik in the 95th minute of play. Australian Youth Academy's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
