In the 4th minute of the match Joxa mé trasan got a corner. Clube Atl. Taquaritinga's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Kevin Hellström ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Kevin Hellström got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Cássio Ramos quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 5th match minute, Joxa mé trasan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kaj Kruuse to maneuver through the defense. 11 minutes into the match, Clube Atl. Taquaritinga's goalkeeper Cássio Ramos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ingvar Holmberg. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ingvar Holmberg got free with Cássio Ramos in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ingvar Holmberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 23rd minute Arne Bronco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cássio Ramos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 26 minutes into the match, Joxa mé trasan's goal looked a bit too open when Tanush Çarçani came free, but Edward Engström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A throw-in in the 28th minute of the game was made by Pablo-Ranieri Gamarra with Peterson Pancho as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. 29 minutes into the game, Pablo-Ranieri Gamarra threw the ball into play from the sideline. Joxa mé trasan's Sabin Macovei quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Kristof De Ryck hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Arne Bronco's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cássio Ramos was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. Edward Engström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonel Messi, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. In the 42nd minute Tanush Çarçani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edward Engström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 43 minutes into the game, Zeng Chang cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Edward Engström was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Cássio Ramos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arman von Liechtenstein in the 50th minute of the match. Cássio Ramos came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Joxa mé trasan's Ingvar Holmberg. But to his dismay, Ingvar Holmberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Clube Atl. Taquaritinga's Cássio Ramos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arne Bronco in the 58th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ingvar Holmberg in the 60th minute of play forced Clube Atl. Taquaritinga's goalkeeper Cássio Ramos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Clube Atl. Taquaritinga's Cássio Ramos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arne Bronco in the 62nd minute of play. With 63 minutes on the clock, Kristof De Ryck commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 64th minute, Kevin Hellström made a precise shot to the right of Cássio Ramos. Clube Atl. Taquaritinga's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Clube Atl.
