The audience thought a goal was coming when Joël Rétière got free with Tadeo Precioso in the 2nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Fc Kertzfeld's Joël Rétière in the 4th minute got a chance for a shot 4th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Club Atlético Magallanes's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of Fc Kertzfeld booed when Club Atlético Magallanes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Flavio Merexildo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 9th minute, Augusto Xabier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Titouan Levet recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 13th minute, Titouan Levet left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fc Kertzfeld fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Teo Esiquio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Florent Sorlin fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fc Kertzfeld's protests and gave Florent Sorlin a yellow card for diving instead. Florent Sorlin hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Joël Rétière's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 23rdth minute, Tadeo Precioso skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joël Rétière in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tadeo Precioso saved Club Atlético Magallanes from getting behind. 27 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Magallanes's goal looked a bit too open when Joël Rétière came free, but Tadeo Precioso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Helmut Lossimäe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Augusto Xabier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tadeo Precioso made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Teo Esiquio sent off a good shot on target. In the 33rd minute, Taci Argün made a precise shot to the right of Helmut Lossimäe. Fc Kertzfeld's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. The Fc Kertzfeld fans' excitement grew in the 36th match minute when Fc Kertzfeld's Gaston Toupin looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 41 minutes into the match, Taci Argün notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Fc Kertzfeld's Helmut Lossimäe. Helmut Lossimäe was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tadeo Precioso made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Joël Rétière sent off a good shot on target. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaston Toupin in the 56th minute of play forced Club Atlético Magallanes's goalkeeper Tadeo Precioso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tadeo Precioso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Florent Sorlin's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. Tadeo Precioso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joël Rétière in the 59th minute of play. Tadeo Precioso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florent Sorlin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 64th minute Teo Esiquio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tadeo Precioso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tadeo Precioso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joël Rétière's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. Tadeo Precioso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florent Sorlin in the 69th minute of the match. In the 71st minute, Joël Rétière ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tadeo Precioso was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. Fc Kertzfeld's Wesley Donato was substituted for Florent Sorlin. Club Atlético Magallanes's Tadeo Precioso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joël Rétière in the 76th minute of play. 77 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Magallanes's goal looked a bit too open when Joël Rétière came free, but Tadeo Precioso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Taci Argün might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Helmut Lossimäe. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Taci Argün ran back to his position shaking his head. Fc Kertzfeld made a substitution. Renan Blard replaced Teo Esiquio. When Pastor Cambranes fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fc Kertzfeld's protests and gave Pastor Cambranes a yellow card for diving instead. In the 82nd minute, Pastor Cambranes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 84 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Magallanes's goal looked a bit too open when Renan Blard came free, but Tadeo Precioso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Helmut Lossimäe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Flavio Merexildo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 88th minute Renan Blard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tadeo Precioso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Jacob Josef Saumon came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Fc Kertzfeld fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jacob Josef Saumon couldn't finish the play. Club Atlético Magallanes's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
