Pirmin Abancens could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Barnaba Zacharek made a huge save. When the match clock showed 22 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Radoslaw Chlapowski sped through Chuquisaca's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Hernández Ermua. Ongile Abar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Barnaba Zacharek having to make a save. 27 minutes into the match, Mario gool's goalkeeper Barnaba Zacharek had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pirmin Abancens. 33 minutes into the match, Chuquisaca's goal looked a bit too open when Borys Falkiewicz came free, but Hernández Ermua reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Chuquisaca defense, Radoslaw Chlapowski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hernández Ermua. The Chuquisaca fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hernández Ermua should have stopped the shot. Pirmin Abancens came free with the goalkeeper in the 39th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Barnaba Zacharek could save by the left post. Barnaba Zacharek made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Ongile Abar sent off a good shot on target. Chuquisaca's Hernández Ermua played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Borys Falkiewicz in the 43rd minute of play. After the first half Mario gool were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pirmin Abancens made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Mario gool's goal looked a bit too open when Ongile Abar came free, but Barnaba Zacharek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hernández Ermua made an important save on a dangerous shot by Radoslaw Chlapowski in the 56th minute. Mario gool's Ksawery Zagrodny was substituted for Zbigniew Badanowski. After a defensive mix-up in Chuquisaca's zone, Radoslaw Chlapowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pirmin Abancens might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Barnaba Zacharek. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pirmin Abancens ran back to his position shaking his head. The referee felt a red card was in order, 76 minutes into the game, when Claudinei Abancens put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 75th minute of the game. One of Chuquisaca:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Mario gool:s goal. Hernández Ermua had in the 78thth minute some difficulties stopping Miromir Poniewaz's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miromir Poniewaz in the 79th minute of play forced Chuquisaca's goalkeeper Hernández Ermua to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hernández Ermua took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Borys Falkiewicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Barnaba Zacharek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ongile Abar in the 87th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ongile Abar in the 91st minute of play forced Mario gool's goalkeeper Barnaba Zacharek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
