Mateo Berriotxoa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcelo Cordarius, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. In the 8th minute, Tadeo Elorri made a precise shot to the right of Celso Demario. Juventud Antoniana's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Tadeo Elorri received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Celso Demario came out and tried to block the shot, but Tadeo Elorri slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 10th minute. The Soroca F.C. fans' excitement grew in the 13th match minute when Soroca F.C.'s Atilano Maidana looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Osvaldo Urki was shown his second yellow card after 17 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Soroca F.C.'s Osvaldo Urki got a free kick in the 17th minute. In the 19th minute Cristian Chan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celso Demario saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tadeo Elorri could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Celso Demario made a huge save. In the 23rd minute Soroca F.C. were awarded a corner. Ovidio Estebe went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Atilano Maidana almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Juventud Antoniana's Celso Demario did a great save. Celso Demario made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anibal Heriberto in the 25th minute. Cristian Chan received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Celso Demario showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Atilano Maidana in the 31st minute of the match. Soroca F.C. were awarded a corner in the 32th minute after Juventud Antoniana's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ovidio Estebe took the corner. The corner led Soroca F.C.'s Eriberto Ler to fire away a dangerous shot which Celso Demario despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 37th minute, Cristian Chan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Soroca F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Mateo Berriotxoa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcelo Cordarius, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice moves Tadeo Elorri could shoot a difficult shot in the 44th minute, which Celso Demario however easily saved by the left post. The supporters of Juventud Antoniana booed when Soroca F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristian Chan didn't get a good kick on the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Moises Shantala stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Celso Demario made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Chan in the 58th minute of play. Soroca F.C.'s Mateo Berriotxoa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelo Cordarius in the 60th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcelo Cordarius in the 61st minute of play forced Soroca F.C.'s goalkeeper Mateo Berriotxoa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Wilfredo Bela fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Juventud Antoniana's protests and gave Wilfredo Bela a yellow card for diving instead. Wilfredo Bela kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. In the 63rd minute, Tadeo Elorri made a precise shot to the right of Celso Demario. Juventud Antoniana's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. 68 minutes into the game, Soroca F.C.'s Anibal Heriberto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Celso Demario made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. In the 83rd minute, Juventud Antoniana's Marcelo Cordarius dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 9-1. Ovidio Estebe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 88th minute Carmelo Harkaitz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celso Demario saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 92 minutes, Tadeo Elorri managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Soroca F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Tadeo Elorri was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 93 played minutes Juventud Antoniana got a freekick which was hit by Moises Shantala.
