A sloppy throw-in by Blas Tonete in the 24th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Ron Pina. 27 minutes into the match, Natalio Seme had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Christovao Haces. Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Natalio Seme was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Evaristo Perez during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 34th match minute, Chacarita Futsal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evaristo Perez to maneuver through the defense. In the 38th minute, Valentin Bento ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Christovao Haces was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Daniel Quintan kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. The long shot by Guillerme Bojorquez in the 45th minute really tested Gerardo Elia's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Evaristo Perez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 51 minutes, Valentin Bento mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chacarita Futsal and the Club Dep. Soc. Rodo players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Chacarita Futsal's Valentin Bento got a free kick in the 51st minute. Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Christovao Haces played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evaristo Perez in the 56th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Evaristo Perez got free with Christovao Haces in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Evaristo Perez put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Christovao Haces. After 71 minutes Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Modesto Acevedo who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Chacarita Futsal's Modesto Acevedo to fire away a dangerous shot which Christovao Haces despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Christovao Haces made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Evaristo Perez sent off a good shot on target. Chacarita Futsal made a substitution. Charly Fernández replaced Isidro Gaztea. In the 80th minute, Blas Tonete hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Evaristo Perez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Christovao Haces made a huge save. With a little luck, Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Christovao Haces got control of the ball when Evaristo Perez tried to sneak it across the goal line. The corner ended in Charly Fernández almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Christovao Haces did a great save. After 86 minutes Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Modesto Acevedo who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Chacarita Futsal's Blas Tonete to a score. 1-4 in the 87th minute. Chacarita Futsal made a substitution. Cristo Evarado replaced Valentin Bento. When the final whistle sounded Chacarita Futsal left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Club Dep. Soc. Rodo.
