Lex Academy's Fabian Benvido played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernani Mendes in the 73rd minute of play. Fabian Benvido didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sid Gol went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. After 81 minutes Poetass FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jan Němeček who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Lex Academy's corner Jan Němeček fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Amílton Paraíba quite easily take care of the ball. When Damián Pejchal came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Lex Academy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Damián Pejchal couldn't finish the play. In the 86th minute, Sandrinho Messias ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fabian Benvido was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. In the 91st minute Ernani Mendes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabian Benvido saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 91 minutes into the match, Lex Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Ernani Mendes came free, but Fabian Benvido reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Sid Gol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lex Academy's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
