Chute de Ouro FC were awarded a corner in the 16th minute after 1984 Castelli Futbol's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Hernani Leme took the corner. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hernani Leme in the 42nd minute of play forced 1984 Castelli Futbol's goalkeeper Edu Atila to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tor Echegoyen made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Lino Bizi sent off a good shot on target. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ricardinho Capixaba to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd match minute, Chute de Ouro FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricardinho Capixaba to maneuver through the defense. When the referee ended the match the 1984 Castelli Futbol players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
