The supporters of MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV booed when Kakeros FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saul Magdaleno didn't get a good kick on the ball. The long shot by Dan Stelaru in the 3rd minute really tested Piara Peto's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Vlad Voican didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Serafin Ritchie went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicolás Blandi in the 15th minute of play forced MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's goalkeeper Vlad Voican to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 21st minute, Călin Pamfil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vlad Voican showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicolás Blandi in the 25th minute of the match. In the 27th minute Nicolás Blandi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vlad Voican saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vlad Voican made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicolás Blandi in the 27th minute of play. Piara Peto made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Manuel Cozorici sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dan Stelaru in the 30th minute of play forced Kakeros FC's goalkeeper Piara Peto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Piara Peto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manuel Cozorici in the 33rd minute of play. Piara Peto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dan Stelaru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 44 played minutes Kakeros FC got a freekick which was hit by Serafin Ritchie. In the 46th minute, Liviu Mincu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vlad Voican made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicolás Blandi in the 47th minute of play. The MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Kakeros FC were winning 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Serafin Ritchie to strike the kick off in the second half. Vlad Voican showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Serafin Ritchie, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. 1-2 became the score in the 53rd minute when Dan Stelaru elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 57 minutes into the match, Kakeros FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dan Stelaru came free, but Piara Peto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In a very dangerous position, a player in MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 58th minute. Penalty! Kakeros FC's Piara Peto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manuel Cozorici in the 69th minute of play. In the 70th match minute, MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicolae Panciu to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Kakeros FC's Ceferino Felipo got a free kick in the 71st minute. Dan Stelaru took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Piara Peto. Piara Peto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. Vlad Voican took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicolás Blandi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kakeros FC's Piara Peto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dan Stelaru in the 84th minute of play. Piara Peto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manuel Cozorici, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Călin Pamfil made in the 90th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Eric Hulubei. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nicolás Blandi got free with Vlad Voican in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's Vlad Voican got control of the ball when Nicolás Blandi tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the final whistle went the supporters of Kakeros FC were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV side.
