In the 2nd match minute, Q. T. I. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Nalo to maneuver through the defense. Hector Herauso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Q. T. I.'s Paulo Txatxu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Q. T. I. from getting a goal against them. 9 minutes into the match, Yaji FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nestor Chap came free, but Yao Guang Chao reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Q. T. I.'s goalkeeper Paulo Txatxu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 14th minute, Melchor Estefan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Yao Guang Chao took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lázaro Haitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lisandro Mero hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Kryspin Ziemba took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Paulo Txatxu. Paulo Txatxu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. With his leg Paulo Txatxu managed to avoid a goal in the 27thth minute, when Yaji FC's Erasmo Blasi fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 30th minute Erasmo Blasi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulo Txatxu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Paulo Txatxu managed to avoid a goal in the 30thth minute, when Yaji FC's Erasmo Blasi fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kryspin Ziemba in the 31st minute of play forced Q. T. I.'s goalkeeper Paulo Txatxu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Yaji FC getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Erasmo Blasi hit a great ball. Paulo Txatxu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kryspin Ziemba, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Yaji FC's Kryspin Ziemba slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Paulo Txatxu. That made the score 2-0 after 39 minutes of play. Erasmo Blasi came free with the goalkeeper in the 43rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Paulo Txatxu could save by the left post. Yao Guang Chao showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emanuel Nalo, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Carlos Acuña hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match.

The wind increased when Erasmo Blasi made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Kryspin Ziemba cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Paulo Txatxu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 59th match minute, Yaji FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erasmo Blasi to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Yaji FC's Yao Guang Chao got control of the ball when Filomeno Aurken tried to sneak it across the goal line. Yao Guang Chao made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nestor Chap in the 63rd minute. Paulo Txatxu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Melchor Estefan in the 64th minute of the match. Q. T. I.'s Paulo Txatxu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melchor Estefan in the 65th minute of play. Alejo Admon kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Q. T. I.'s Severo Veronica was substituted for Nestor Chap. After a rather tough play, Q. T. I.'s Alejo Admon got a free kick in the 72nd minute. In the 74th minute of the match, Severo Veronica tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Yao Guang Chao saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Paulo Txatxu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kryspin Ziemba, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. In the 78th minute Severo Veronica shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yao Guang Chao saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 79 minutes into the match, Melchor Estefan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Paulo Txatxu. Q. T. I.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Melchor Estefan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. In the 83rd minute, Kryspin Ziemba made a precise shot to the right of Paulo Txatxu. Q. T. I.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Severo Veronica in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yao Guang Chao prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 91 minutes into the match, Q. T. I.'s goal looked a bit too open when Kryspin Ziemba came free, but Paulo Txatxu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Q. T. I.'s players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
