Seating: 1834, VIP seats: 158) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Xavier Goossens started the match with the kick off. In the 6thth minute of the game Severiano Enekoitz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SK Gullegem's Urmas Känsäkangas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benedicto Atarratze in the 8th minute of play forced Lα Sυв 21's goalkeeper Ernesto Merexildo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benedicto Atarratze charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Benedicto Atarratze the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 9th minute, Benedicto Atarratze hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 12 minutes into the game, Severiano Enekoitz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Urmas Känsäkangas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Xavier Goossens in the 15thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ernesto Merexildo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 17 minutes into the game, Lα Sυв 21's Severiano Enekoitz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Urmas Känsäkangas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Guido Bartolome's late challenge caught a SK Gullegem's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Guido Bartolome helped the player get up and apologised. After 19 played minutes Lα Sυв 21 got a freekick which was hit by Guido Bartolome. In the 21st minute of the game Nico Jamieson made a throw-in which Mathias-Alexander Jamieson played forward. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mathias-Alexander Jamieson in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ernesto Merexildo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 26th minute, Cirilo Fe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Cirilo Fe managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lα Sυв 21's supporters rose to their feet, but Cirilo Fe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Urmas Känsäkangas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 31st minute, Xavier Goossens left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SK Gullegem fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Severiano Enekoitz in the 37th minute of play forced SK Gullegem's goalkeeper Urmas Känsäkangas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Lα Sυв 21's Ernesto Merexildo got control of the ball when Xavier Goossens tried to sneak it across the goal line. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Guido Bartolome stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Guido Bartolome received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Urmas Känsäkangas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 54 minutes into the match, Lα Sυв 21's goal looked a bit too open when Bartjan Verheije came free, but Ernesto Merexildo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 56thth minute of the game Severiano Enekoitz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SK Gullegem's Urmas Känsäkangas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Severiano Enekoitz came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Lα Sυв 21 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Severiano Enekoitz couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, SK Gullegem's Benedicto Atarratze got a free kick in the 60th minute. Lα Sυв 21's Pablo Vegetti was substituted for Severiano Enekoitz. The supporters of Lα Sυв 21 booed when SK Gullegem was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benedicto Atarratze didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 63 minutes, Pablo Vegetti took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Urmas Känsäkangas to make any attempt to save it. In the 68th match minute, Lα Sυв 21 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pablo Vegetti to maneuver through the defense. Pablo Vegetti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 77 minutes into the match, Lα Sυв 21's Pablo Vegetti sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Urmas Känsäkangas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 79 minutes into the game, Pablo Vegetti recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Urmas Känsäkangas. Pablo Vegetti showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. Ernesto Merexildo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xavier Goossens in the 82nd minute of play. In the 88th minute Pablo Vegetti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Urmas Känsäkangas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cirilo Fe kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. 90 minutes into the match, Mathias-Alexander Jamieson notched a goal, 3-4, to the right of Lα Sυв 21's Ernesto Merexildo. Ernesto Merexildo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a little luck, SK Gullegem's Urmas Känsäkangas got control of the ball when Fulgencio Bidari tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Lα Sυв 21 players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
