Spectators: 8574 (Terracing: 6432, Seating: 1971, VIP seats: 171) In the 2nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Armada's goalkeeper Färid Mondragón, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Adelmo Pemjean made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Róbert Benkó sent off a good shot on target. An unexpected shot in the 10th minute by Filomeno Igon got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Róbert Benkó got free with Adelmo Pemjean in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Faustão Pernambucano came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Nibiru X fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Faustão Pernambucano couldn't finish the play. Armada's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Amine Barka in the 16th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filomeno Igon in the 18th minute of play forced Nibiru X's goalkeeper Adelmo Pemjean to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 19 minutes had been played when some careless play by Nibiru X's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Amine Barka was slow to take the kick. During this time Armada's players had a chance to rest. Adelmo Pemjean made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Róbert Benkó sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 26 minutes, Silverio Raitin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nibiru X's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silverio Raitin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Faustão Pernambucano scored 0-1 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Färid Mondragón, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Nibiru X getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Iván Acanfora hit a great ball. 38 minutes into the game, Róbert Benkó recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Adelmo Pemjean. Róbert Benkó showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. In the 44th match minute, Armada was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diego Maurino to maneuver through the defense. When Filomeno Igon came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Armada fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Filomeno Igon couldn't finish the play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

54 minutes into the game, Silverio Raitin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nibiru X's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Armada the free kick. The supporters of Armada booed when Nibiru X was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silverio Raitin didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Róbert Benkó in the 56th minute of play forced Nibiru X's goalkeeper Adelmo Pemjean to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adelmo Pemjean showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Róbert Benkó, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Färid Mondragón made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Faustão Pernambucano sent off a good shot on target. In the 63rd minute, Róbert Benkó left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Armada fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. After a defensive mix-up in Nibiru X's zone, Róbert Benkó stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adelmo Pemjean came out of the goal and Róbert Benkó tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 73 minutes into the match, Nibiru X's goal looked a bit too open when Dumitru Bidulescu came free, but Adelmo Pemjean reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amine Barka made a great header on Armada's corner, it was just that Nibiru X's Adelmo Pemjean managed to reach the ball for a save. Armada made a substitution. Ionică Hrandabur replaced Hong Zhen Hui. Armada's Eliodor Coposu was substituted for Rivaldo Esquerdo. Nibiru X's Adelmo Pemjean played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filomeno Igon in the 86th minute of play. After 87 minutes Nibiru X's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Amine Barka who took care of the corner kick. In the 89th minute Dumitru Bidulescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adelmo Pemjean saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Färid Mondragón made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diego Armando Faine in the 90th minute of play. Armada's Liviu Buceceanu was substituted for Róbert Benkó. Armada's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
