Gustavo Honrio charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Placido Goito was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 9 minutes into the match, CA Quake's goalkeeper Placido Goito had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tostão Pontes. 12 minutes into the game, Fiori Antunes recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Placido Goito. Fiori Antunes showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Joaquim de Queirós kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Placido Goito stood somewhat misplaced when Fiori Antunes came free in front of goal and shot 3-0 to the left of him in the 18 minute. Joaquim de Queirós who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 27thth minute tested the skills of Placido Goito when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 30 minutes into the match, Texugo Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Alejandro Salbatore came free, but Alan Bittencourt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, CA Quake's Alejandro Salbatore got a free kick in the 32nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Şehzade Afgan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Texugo Futebol Clube's supporters rose to their feet, but Şehzade Afgan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Placido Goito breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fiori Antunes struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Placido Goito didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Texugo Futebol Clube. 35 minutes into the game, Hector Totakoxe was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CA Quake's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Texugo Futebol Clube the free kick. Hector Totakoxe kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Placido Goito made an important save on a dangerous shot by Şehzade Afgan in the 36th minute. The supporters of Texugo Futebol Clube booed when CA Quake was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Melquiades Argoitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 39 minutes of play, Texugo Futebol Clube's Joaquim de Queirós made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Placido Goito was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 43rd minute, Fiori Antunes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Placido Goito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fiori Antunes in the 46th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Şehzade Afgan to strike the kick off in the second half. If Joaquim de Queirós had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 54th minute, Şehzade Afgan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Texugo Futebol Clube fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Texugo Futebol Clube's Fiori Antunes got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Texugo Futebol Clube made a substitution. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 7-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 86th match minute, CA Quake was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lázaro Pirmin to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Cléber Vianna managed to get in a good position for a shot. Texugo Futebol Clube's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
