Gregorio Diagur was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Ferreirinha Vinhas in the 5th minute of play forced COSQUIN SFC's goalkeeper Gregorio Diagur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gregorio Diagur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joélson Rodrigues, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leandro Camargo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gregorio Diagur having to interfere. 9 minutes into the game, Paulo Diaz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. COSQUIN SFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Alfa FC the free kick. In the 9th minute, Paulo Diaz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 10 minutes, Aquilino Richie mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the COSQUIN SFC and the Alfa FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 11 played minutes COSQUIN SFC got a freekick which was hit by Aquilino Richie. 14 minutes into the match, COSQUIN SFC's goal looked a bit too open when Ferreirinha Vinhas came free, but Gregorio Diagur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 15 minutes, Ferreirinha Vinhas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alfa FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ferreirinha Vinhas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gregorio Diagur didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Maurício de Lara went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. 24 minutes into the match, Maurício de Lara had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gregorio Diagur. COSQUIN SFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Maurício de Lara was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. A collision led to COSQUIN SFC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Julián Alvarez hit a great ball. Alfa FC's Pedrinho de Queirós played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aquilino Richie in the 29th minute of play. Aquilino Richie made a great header on COSQUIN SFC's corner, it was just that Alfa FC's Pedrinho de Queirós managed to reach the ball for a save. 31 minutes into the match, Alfa FC's goalkeeper Pedrinho de Queirós had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Delmiro Fernanco. After 42 played minutes COSQUIN SFC got a freekick which was hit by Julián Alvarez. The COSQUIN SFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Alfa FC were winning 0-4.
The wind increased when Aquilino Richie made the kick off in the second half. Pedrinho de Queirós made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Natalio Jaen in the 52nd minute of play. Gregorio Diagur made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Maurício de Lara sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Natalio Jaen in the 55th minute of play forced Alfa FC's goalkeeper Pedrinho de Queirós to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joélson Rodrigues charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Joélson Rodrigues the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 56th match minute, Alfa FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joélson Rodrigues to maneuver through the defense. Paulo Diaz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 60th minute, Aquilino Richie ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pedrinho de Queirós was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. In the 64th minute, Natalio Jaen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pedrinho de Queirós showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aquilino Richie in the 67th minute of the match. Pedrinho de Queirós showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo Diaz in the 78th minute of the match. The supporters of Alfa FC booed when COSQUIN SFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Natalio Jaen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gregorio Diagur made an important save on a dangerous shot by Maurício de Lara in the 81st minute. After some careless play in the Alfa FC defense, Paulo Diaz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pedrinho de Queirós. The Alfa FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pedrinho de Queirós should have stopped the shot. Aquilino Richie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedrinho de Queirós having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Maurício de Lara got free with Gregorio Diagur in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 95 played minutes Alfa FC got a freekick which was hit by Leandro Camargo. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Alfa FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
