Eriberto Valerio charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eriberto Valerio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 5th minute of the match Waldemar Cunha shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nestor Ongile showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 7 minutes into the match, Black Sails's goal looked a bit too open when Guto Matorin came free, but Nestor Ongile reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Severo Vincent in the 8th minute of play forced MAGNIFICOS.FC's goalkeeper Tony Vale to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tony Vale took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damaso Lalla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guto Trevisan in the 14th minute of play forced Black Sails's goalkeeper Nestor Ongile to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ramiro Nunes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Nestor Ongile tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 16 minutes, Patrick Guimarães mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MAGNIFICOS.FC and the Black Sails players grew even worse after the yellow card. Patrick Guimarães hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Nestor Ongile made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ramiro Nunes in the 20th minute of play. In the 21st minute, MAGNIFICOS.FC's Nilton Berger ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Nestor Ongile. Nestor Ongile yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. After having played for 26 minutes, Damaso Lalla managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Black Sails's supporters crossed their fingers, but Damaso Lalla was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Severo Vincent sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 30th minute Moises Fertus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tony Vale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 33rd minute, Douglas Velasco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Nilton Berger took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Nestor Ongile to make any attempt to save it. Tony Vale showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damaso Lalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Tony Vale made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Moises Fertus in the 44th minute of play. Black Sails's Moises Fertus got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.
After a rather tough play, MAGNIFICOS.FC's Nilton Berger got a free kick in the 54th minute. In the 59th minute, Hermengildo Rexino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nilton Berger hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. 64 minutes into the game, Damaso Lalla cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Tony Vale was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With an all-out effort, Black Sails's Tony Vale threw himself towards the right post 71 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Damaso Lalla, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. With a little luck, MAGNIFICOS.FC's Tony Vale got control of the ball when Damaso Lalla tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 79th minute, Severo Vincent got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tony Vale made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damaso Lalla in the 82nd minute of play. When Douglas Velasco fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored MAGNIFICOS.FC's protests and gave Douglas Velasco a yellow card for diving instead. Douglas Velasco kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Damaso Lalla received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tony Vale came out and tried to block the shot, but Damaso Lalla slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 92nd minute. MAGNIFICOS.FC's Tony Vale proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 97th minute of the match, managed to save MAGNIFICOS.FC from getting a goal against them. Black Sails were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing MAGNIFICOS.FC to leave the ground with a draw.
