Spectators: 7655 (Terracing: 5743, Seating: 1760, VIP seats: 152) Elano de Sousa made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 4th minute, Ostap Prodan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Elano de Sousa in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edvin van der Sar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anatoliy Mintenko in the 8th minute of play forced Fala Sério FC's goalkeeper Celso Brito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Fala Sério FC fans' excitement grew in the 10th match minute when Fala Sério FC's Elano de Sousa looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Olexiy Bykaniv's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Celso Brito firmly grabbed it by the left post. Rio Ferdinand kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Edvin van der Sar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Elano de Sousa's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Rio Ferdinand managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Vershina ESPN's supporters rose to their feet, but Rio Ferdinand was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Celso Brito breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 31st minute Anatoliy Mintenko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celso Brito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 33rd minute, Olexiy Bykaniv got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Olexiy Bykaniv hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. FC Vershina ESPN's Edvin van der Sar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elano de Sousa in the 41st minute of play. When Olexiy Bykaniv came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the FC Vershina ESPN fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Olexiy Bykaniv couldn't finish the play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Anatoliy Mintenko stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Olexiy Bykaniv left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Vershina ESPN fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. 55 minutes into the match, Fala Sério FC's goal looked a bit too open when Anatoliy Mintenko came free, but Celso Brito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anatoliy Mintenko succeeded in the game's 58th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-1. FC Vershina ESPN's Edvin van der Sar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save FC Vershina ESPN from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Anatoliy Mintenko's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Celso Brito was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. Eugênio Couto kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. After 81 minutes of play, FC Vershina ESPN's Anatoliy Mintenko made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Celso Brito was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 86 played minutes Fala Sério FC got a freekick which was hit by Ricardo Nunes. Celso Brito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anatoliy Mintenko in the 87th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, FC Vershina ESPN's Rio Ferdinand got a free kick in the 88th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Anatoliy Mintenko in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Celso Brito saved Fala Sério FC from getting behind. Elano de Sousa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Edvin van der Sar made a huge save. FC Vershina ESPN were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Fala Sério FC for a fine match.
