LOS MENTI's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Milosz Huk was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Anacleto Mikolas kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Hieronim Brataniec. That made the score 2-1 in the 18 minute of play. Teodosio Isauro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Makarewicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maciej Debowy in the 37th minute of play forced LOS MENTI's goalkeeper Teodosio Isauro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hieronim Brataniec made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Omar Cuartio in the 40th minute of play. AKS Chorzów's Hieronim Brataniec played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Natalio Guillelmus in the 41st minute of play. Hieronim Brataniec showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Omar Cuartio, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. 47 minutes into the match, AKS Chorzów's goalkeeper Hieronim Brataniec had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ernesto Barbosa. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Julian Makarewicz was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st match minute, LOS MENTI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernesto Barbosa to maneuver through the defense. In the 53rd minute, Anacleto Mikolas made a precise shot to the right of Hieronim Brataniec. AKS Chorzów's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hieronim Brataniec prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some careless play in the AKS Chorzów defense, Anacleto Mikolas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hieronim Brataniec. The AKS Chorzów fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hieronim Brataniec should have stopped the shot. LOS MENTI's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
