In the 21st minute Michel Lira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thanos Chelis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aris Voutsas to strike the kick off in the second half. A. A. SAQUAREMA's Filipe Marques played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aris Voutsas in the 51st minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Ernani Silveira kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Thanos Chelis. That made the score 2-1 in the 56 minute of play. Ernani Silveira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Thanos Chelis made a huge save. Thanos Chelis was a little too slow when Michel Lira got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 65th minute. The score was now 2-2. Thomas Papagiotopoulos hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. In the 71st minute, A. A. SAQUAREMA's Yan Braga ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Thanos Chelis. Thanos Chelis yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-3. In the 85thth minute of the game Michel Lira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ΠΑΟΚ FC's Thanos Chelis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 87th minute, Takis Saltamaras hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 94 played minutes A. A. SAQUAREMA got a freekick which was hit by Filipe Queirós. A. A. SAQUAREMA's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
