After some careless play in the Piratas FC defense, Wilfredo Etxahun kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Victorino Gaufred. The Piratas FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Victorino Gaufred should have stopped the shot. In the 95th minute, Sporting de Gijón's Wilfredo Etxahun ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Victorino Gaufred. Victorino Gaufred yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-11. Sporting de Gijón played a much better game than Piratas FC and deserved their victory. The Piratas FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
