Spectators: 7441 (Terracing: 5582, Seating: 1711, VIP seats: 148) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Rodrigo Donatello started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Rodrigo Donatello reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Damaso Rivas. The goal made the score 1-0. In the 7th match minute, AKI CORINTHIANS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nilmar Valladares to maneuver through the defense. Pink Floyd's defense didn't have a chance, in the 9th minute, when Válter Rossi scored to the left of an out of position Damaso Rivas, making the score, 2-0. When Alvaro Innocenzio came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Pink Floyd fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alvaro Innocenzio couldn't finish the play. Pink Floyd's defense didn't have a chance, in the 22nd minute, when Rodrigo Donatello scored to the left of an out of position Damaso Rivas, making the score, 3-0. Damaso Rivas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodrigo Donatello, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. 34 minutes into the match, Pink Floyd's goal looked a bit too open when Rodrigo Donatello came free, but Damaso Rivas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Enéas Marinho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvaro Innocenzio in the 35th minute of play. Damaso Rivas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Válter Rossi in the 36th minute. Emanuel Eger received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Damaso Rivas came out and tried to block the shot, but Emanuel Eger slotted it home off the left post making it 4-1 in the 38th minute. A collision led to AKI CORINTHIANS getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Dorival Moura hit a great ball. In the 44th minute of the match Leo Tebaldo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Enéas Marinho showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Rodrigo Donatello could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Damaso Rivas made a huge save.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alvaro Innocenzio to make the kick off. Alvaro Innocenzio kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. In the 57th minute, Alvaro Innocenzio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Fernando Gartxot fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pink Floyd's protests and gave Fernando Gartxot a yellow card for diving instead. After 59 played minutes Pink Floyd got a freekick which was hit by Fernando Gartxot. In the 62nd minute Dino Hermes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damaso Rivas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Enéas Marinho was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Leo Tebaldo. Cristobal Lizer was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 69 minutes into the match. Pink Floyd's Damaso Rivas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dino Hermes in the 74th minute of play. Leo Tebaldo kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. 84 minutes into the game, Válter Rossi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-2. Damaso Rivas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 87th minute Válter Rossi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damaso Rivas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 88 minutes into the match, Pink Floyd's goal looked a bit too open when Dino Hermes came free, but Damaso Rivas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 92 minutes into the match, Alvaro Innocenzio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Enéas Marinho. AKI CORINTHIANS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alvaro Innocenzio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-3. When the referee ended the match the AKI CORINTHIANS players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
