Ordóñez Cuesta's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luke Hollingsworth read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 2nd minute of play. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 11 minutes into the match, The Handsome Wizards UTD's goal looked a bit too open when Vito Areta came free, but Luke Hollingsworth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 15 minutes into the match, Taltum FC's goalkeeper Asensio Mendoza had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benjamin Sykes. When Ordóñez Cuesta fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Taltum FC's protests and gave Ordóñez Cuesta a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of The Handsome Wizards UTD booed when Taltum FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Machado Zotes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Asensio Mendoza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ash Crowther in the 24th minute of the match. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vito Areta made a kick off. Vito Areta was extremely unlucky when he, in the 56th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After 59 played minutes The Handsome Wizards UTD got a freekick which was hit by Chris Barber. An unexpectedly hard shot by Connor Bridge in the 70th minute of play forced Taltum FC's goalkeeper Asensio Mendoza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 71st minute, Arévalo Lidon had to leave the field with a concussion. 78 minutes into the match, Taltum FC's goal looked a bit too open when Benjamin Sykes came free, but Asensio Mendoza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ash Crowther charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ash Crowther the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ash Crowther kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Asensio Mendoza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benjamin Sykes, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Vito Areta kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Luke Hollingsworth. That made the score 0-1 in the 86 minute of play. 90 minutes into the game, Vennancio Sombredo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Luke Hollingsworth was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Benjamin Sykes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
