Esat Yaşanur was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 15th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Carmelo Hurko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdurrezzak Ünveren in the 19th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Esat Yaşanur in the 22nd minute of play forced Liberland's goalkeeper Carmelo Hurko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carmelo Hurko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ferhan Urkan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Liberland's Carmelo Hurko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kamer Özkaya in the 24th minute of play. In the 38th minute Hakkı Kenan Uygun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carmelo Hurko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carmelo Hurko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hakkı Kenan Uygun in the 41st minute of the match. After having played for 44 minutes, Eleuterio Dei managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Liberland's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eleuterio Dei was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 45 played minutes MeRSiN-İDMaN-YuRDu got a freekick which was hit by Esat Yaşanur. Ardahan Hekimbaşı made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eleuterio Dei in the 48th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Hakkı Kenan Uygun made the kick off in the second half. Carmelo Hurko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hakkı Kenan Uygun, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Carmelo Hurko made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kamer Özkaya in the 53rd minute. Liberland's Eleuterio Dei got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Elvio Pancho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ardahan Hekimbaşı having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Kamer Özkaya managed to get in a good position for a shot. MeRSiN-İDMaN-YuRDu's supporters rose to their feet, but Kamer Özkaya was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carmelo Hurko breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Abdurrezzak Ünveren struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Carmelo Hurko didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MeRSiN-İDMaN-YuRDu. Olcay Orkun Timurkan hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cemil Açıkel during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in MeRSiN-İDMaN-YuRDu fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 70th minute. Penalty! In the 72nd minute there was a penalty for Liberland. Amadeo Jorrin stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Ardahan Hekimbaşı. 1-0. 75 minutes into the match, Liberland's goalkeeper Carmelo Hurko had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kamer Özkaya. The supporters of MeRSiN-İDMaN-YuRDu booed when Liberland was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristo Todor didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 87th match minute, MeRSiN-İDMaN-YuRDu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kamer Özkaya to maneuver through the defense. Cristo Todor struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Ardahan Hekimbaşı didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Liberland. Liberland's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
