The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 2 minutes into the match, Luiz Marquez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zé Rocha. Futbol Club RRFV's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luiz Marquez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Luiz Marquez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Futbol Club RRFV getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Dedê Freire hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Özcan Onal in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zé Rocha saved Futbol Club RRFV from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Luiz Marquez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zé Rocha was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. 30 minutes into the match, Luiz Marquez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zé Rocha. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

After 55 played minutes Real Fantasma got a freekick which was hit by Gunnar Sundling. Luiz Marquez blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zé Rocha having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Luiz Marquez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Real Fantasma's supporters rose to their feet, but Luiz Marquez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zé Rocha breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Zé Rocha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luiz Marquez in the 68th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luiz Marquez in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zé Rocha saved Futbol Club RRFV from getting behind. In the 72nd minute, Luiz Marquez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zé Rocha was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. 81 minutes into the game, Real Fantasma's Bahadır Algın nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zé Rocha made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. Real Fantasma's Davi Nunes was substituted for Özcan Onal. In the 91st minute, Marcel Hoffmann hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 92 minutes, Romeu Sá managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Real Fantasma's supporters crossed their fingers, but Romeu Sá was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marcel Hoffmann hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Romeu Sá struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Zé Rocha didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Real Fantasma. There was no doubt that Real Fantasma were the better team. Real Fantasma's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
