Spectators: 7464 (Terracing: 5599, Seating: 1716, VIP seats: 149) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Frédson Matos kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute, Frédson Matos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Wilson Gaspar kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. 9 minutes into the match, Atletico Aragua FC's goal looked a bit too open when Frédson Matos came free, but Froylan Chagavia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 12 minutes into the match, Jukatriz's goalkeeper Fernandão Senna had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lugo Rodil. Otsoko Queipo, 22 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. A collision led to Atletico Aragua FC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Veremundo Prego hit a great ball. Jukatriz's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Wanderson Vergílio in the 33rd minute. The corner led Jukatriz's Wilson Gaspar to a score. 0-2 in the 34th minute. Froylan Chagavia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilson Gaspar in the 43rd minute of play. Atletico Aragua FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jukatriz the free kick. In the 46th match minute, Atletico Aragua FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaudencio Xavier to maneuver through the defense. Froylan Chagavia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilson Gaspar in the 47th minute of the match. Dorian Freitas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Jukatriz's Fernandão Senna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Silveira in the 63rd minute of play. Wilson Gaspar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpected shot in the 67th minute by Wilson Gaspar got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Froylan Chagavia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilson Gaspar in the 69th minute of the match. The supporters of Atletico Aragua FC booed when Jukatriz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dorian Freitas didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Otsoko Queipo in the 73rd minute of play forced Jukatriz's goalkeeper Fernandão Senna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 76 minutes into the game, Jukatriz's Dorian Freitas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Froylan Chagavia made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. The crowd rose to their feet as Jukatriz's Frédson Matos slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Froylan Chagavia. That made the score 0-4 after 81 minutes of play. After 85 played minutes Jukatriz got a freekick which was hit by Germano Branco. Froylan Chagavia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Frédson Matos in the 86th minute. Martin Silveira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Atletico Aragua FC's Froylan Chagavia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Atletico Aragua FC from getting a goal against them. Froylan Chagavia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Frédson Matos in the 92nd minute. 94 minutes in the game, Wilson Gaspar fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Froylan Chagavia having to interfere. Fernandão Senna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaudencio Xavier in the 97th minute of play. Jukatriz's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
