The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Harun Cansun the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Evcilerspor protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Harun Cansun had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 29th minute of the game. One of Evcilerspor:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of SILMONT:s goal. 37 minutes into the match, Evcilerspor's goalkeeper Osman Ali Atay had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jim Hautecœur. Lütfi Okuyan scored 2-1 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gilles Patron, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 47 minutes into the match, Evcilerspor's goalkeeper Osman Ali Atay had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jim Hautecœur. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Raphaël Obert to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Raphaël Obert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Osman Ali Atay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 61st match minute, Evcilerspor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tibet Kayra to maneuver through the defense. 62 minutes into the match, Evcilerspor's goal looked a bit too open when Jim Hautecœur came free, but Osman Ali Atay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jim Hautecœur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Osman Ali Atay having to interfere. But to his dismay, Jim Hautecœur quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. 73 minutes into the match, Evcilerspor's Sezai Uluöz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gilles Patron narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jim Hautecœur's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Osman Ali Atay read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. 79 minutes into the match, SILMONT's goal looked a bit too open when Sezai Uluöz came free, but Gilles Patron reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Osman Ali Atay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jim Hautecœur, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Osman Ali Atay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jim Hautecœur in the 89th minute of play. Sezai Uluöz kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. A collision led to SILMONT getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Bakary Latapie hit a great ball. Evcilerspor's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because SILMONT had won, even though Evcilerspor had held more of the ball.
