A collision led to RB Buzău getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Robert Lechințan hit a great ball. Wawrzyniec Dudkowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 19th match minute, Nadodrze Wrocław was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stasio Madajczyk to maneuver through the defense. RB Buzău's Gigel Lupea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wawrzyniec Dudkowski in the 24th minute of play. After 31 played minutes RB Buzău got a freekick which was hit by Șerban Baicea. Stasio Madajczyk blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gigel Lupea having to make a save. In the 36th match minute, Nadodrze Wrocław was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wawrzyniec Dudkowski to maneuver through the defense. Robert Lechințan made in the 42nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Nadodrze Wrocław's Fryderyk Jaszyna. After a rather tough play, Nadodrze Wrocław's Fryderyk Jaszyna got a free kick in the 46th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Stasio Madajczyk to make the kick off. Emil Iovițăs short, quick shot in the 54thth minute got Maciej Cisek to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 55 played minutes Nadodrze Wrocław got a freekick which was hit by Fryderyk Jaszyna. 0-1 became the score in the 56th minute when Iustin Belu elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wawrzyniec Dudkowski in the 65th minute of play forced RB Buzău's goalkeeper Gigel Lupea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gigel Lupea stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Stasio Madajczyk's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. After having played for 74 minutes, Stasio Madajczyk managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nadodrze Wrocław's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stasio Madajczyk was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Stasio Madajczyk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gigel Lupea having to interfere. 91 minutes into the match, RB Buzău's goal looked a bit too open when Stasio Madajczyk came free, but Gigel Lupea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
