After 5 played minutes Jacobo Magdaleno rounded Worst Team Ever's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. Worst Team Ever's Folke Benet proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Worst Team Ever from getting a goal against them. In the 19th minute Jacobo Magdaleno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Folke Benet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Evelio Froylan got free with Folke Benet in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 23 minutes, Blas Orlo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. NUMBA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Blas Orlo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Evelio Froylan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Folke Benet was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. Candido Unax scored 3-0 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Folke Benet, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jacobo Magdaleno took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Folke Benet. Folke Benet dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Folke Benet came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by NUMBA's Jacobo Magdaleno. But to his dismay, Jacobo Magdaleno quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Candido Unax charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Candido Unax the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 47 minutes into the match, Worst Team Ever's goalkeeper Folke Benet had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jacobo Magdaleno. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jacobo Magdaleno was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Jacobo Magdaleno had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Folke Benet. Worst Team Ever's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jacobo Magdaleno was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Folke Benet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Apolo Piarres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. But to his dismay, Apolo Piarres quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. After 65 minutes of play, NUMBA's Jacobo Magdaleno made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Folke Benet was left in no man's land by his defense there! Worst Team Ever's Folke Benet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Candido Unax in the 73rd minute of play. In the 74th minute, Jacobo Magdaleno ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Folke Benet was frozen by the shot and now it was 10-0. If Jacobo Magdaleno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Folke Benet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Candido Unax in the 80th minute of play. 82 minutes into the match, Evelio Froylan notched a goal, 11-0, to the right of Worst Team Ever's Folke Benet. Folke Benet was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Candido Unax scored 12-0 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Folke Benet, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Folke Benet was left in no man's land by his defense there! There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. NUMBA fully deserved thier win.
