Cássio Barbosa ran over to the corner to take the kick. Sérgio Tróia was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Celedonio Tiniebra managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lε COCO SρσяtiV's supporters rose to their feet, but Celedonio Tiniebra was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amílton Paraíba breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 10 minutes into the match, Lε COCO SρσяtiV's goal looked a bit too open when Ernani Mendes came free, but Donato Llin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Olívio Sá scored 0-1 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Donato Llin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 18th minute, Ernani Mendes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lε COCO SρσяtiV's Donato Llin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olívio Sá in the 27th minute of play. Celedonio Tiniebra kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Donato Llin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sérgio Tróia in the 34th minute of the match. 37 minutes into the match, Lε COCO SρσяtiV's goal looked a bit too open when Cafu Zonta came free, but Donato Llin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rigoberto Urtsua in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Amílton Paraíba saved Poetass FC from getting behind. Amílton Paraíba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rigoberto Urtsua in the 41st minute of play. In the 47th match minute, Lε COCO SρσяtiV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnulfo Errando to maneuver through the defense. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ernani Mendes was the one to do the kick off. Delfim Ferreira kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Cássio Barbosa charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cássio Barbosa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Poetass FC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Cássio Barbosa hit a great ball. Rigoberto Hermon took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 58th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Amílton Paraíba. Poetass FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Simon Leobardo hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Rigoberto Urtsua managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lε COCO SρσяtiV's supporters rose to their feet, but Rigoberto Urtsua was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amílton Paraíba breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rigoberto Urtsua fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amílton Paraíba having to interfere. Ernani Mendes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Donato Llin made a huge save. When the match had gone on for 87 minutes, Ernani Mendes took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Donato Llin to make any attempt to save it. Agustin Abel kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match.
