Spectators: 7491 (Terracing: 5619, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 149) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jack Bergman started the match with the kick off. A collision led to Equipo getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Fulgencio Matxin hit a great ball. Gösta Bergqvist came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Equipo's Omar Librado. But to his dismay, Omar Librado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Gösta Bergqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Omar Librado in the 17th minute of the match. Omar Librado scored 0-2 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gösta Bergqvist, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Gnesta Oilers's Sven-Åke Gadd got a free kick in the 26th minute. 27 minutes into the match, Omar Librado had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gösta Bergqvist. Gnesta Oilers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Omar Librado was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. In the 32nd minute, Omar Librado made a precise shot to the right of Gösta Bergqvist. Gnesta Oilers's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. If Victor Rio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 37 minutes into the match, Omar Librado notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Gnesta Oilers's Gösta Bergqvist. Gösta Bergqvist was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Omar Librado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Gösta Bergqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Omar Librado made a kick off. Florentino Eufemio charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Florentino Eufemio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 52 played minutes Equipo got a freekick which was hit by Florentino Eufemio. After 57 played minutes Gnesta Oilers got a freekick which was hit by Jonny Söderman. Omar Librado in the 62ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gösta Bergqvist, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Orlando Leoiar came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Gnesta Oilers's Sakarias Hellbom. But to his dismay, Sakarias Hellbom quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. The throw-in from Conrado Eguen in the 74th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Gnesta Oilers's Albert Norberg. In the 75thth minute of the game Omar Librado who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gnesta Oilers's Gösta Bergqvist was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 78 minutes into the game, Equipo's Omar Librado nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gösta Bergqvist made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-6. The supporters of Equipo booed when Gnesta Oilers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven-Åke Gadd didn't get a good kick on the ball.
