Legion of Boom:s Igor da Silveira showed great skill when he stopped Dorin Iovulescu:s penalty. In the 13th minute, Dorin Iovulescu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ares FC -MM- fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Adriano Paraense hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. After 16 played minutes Ilie Ciociu rounded Legion of Boom's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Liviu Buceceanu in the 22nd minute of play forced Legion of Boom's goalkeeper Igor da Silveira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
