Fadhil Sutha's late challenge caught a Dalens Darlings's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fadhil Sutha helped the player get up and apologised. Aykutalp İspinoz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carl Engström in the 6th minute of play. Emanuel Sjöman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aykutalp İspinoz having to interfere. 14 minutes into the match, Durian FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jörgen Strömberg came free, but Aykutalp İspinoz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18th minute Jörgen Strömberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aykutalp İspinoz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 19th minute, Can Keep hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Durian FC booed when Dalens Darlings was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elias Björck didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 23rd minute, Romi Waskito hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aykutalp İspinoz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Philip Säv went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Philip Säv received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Aykutalp İspinoz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 30 minutes, Dasep Latul mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Durian FC and the Dalens Darlings players grew even worse after the yellow card. Dasep Latul kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. When Philip Säv came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Dalens Darlings fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Philip Säv couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Philip Säv in the 36th minute of play forced Durian FC's goalkeeper Aykutalp İspinoz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sophan Kartiwa kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Philip Säv scored 0-2 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aykutalp İspinoz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Aykutalp İspinoz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Philip Säv in the 41st minute of play. 45 minutes into the match, Carl Engström had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aykutalp İspinoz. Durian FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Carl Engström was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Philip Säv made a kick off. In the 51st match minute, Durian FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romi Waskito to maneuver through the defense. 53 minutes into the match, Philip Säv had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aykutalp İspinoz. Durian FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Philip Säv was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. After some careless play in the Durian FC defense, Jörgen Strömberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aykutalp İspinoz. The Durian FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aykutalp İspinoz should have stopped the shot. 62 minutes into the game, Jörgen Strömberg lined in a short shot 0-6 behind a frustrated Aykutalp İspinoz. After 67 played minutes Durian FC got a freekick which was hit by Sophan Kartiwa. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Philip Säv managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dalens Darlings's supporters rose to their feet, but Philip Säv was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aykutalp İspinoz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jörgen Strömberg struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Aykutalp İspinoz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dalens Darlings. Elias Björck was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 86 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 85th minute of the game. One of Dalens Darlings:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Durian FC:s goal. Sophan Kartiwa scored 1-7 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ingmar Danielsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Philip Säv came free with the goalkeeper in the 91st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Aykutalp İspinoz could save by the left post. Jörgen Strömberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Aykutalp İspinoz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 95 minutes into the game, Philip Säv recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Aykutalp İspinoz. Philip Säv showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-8. When the match was over Dalens Darlings could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Durian FC throughout the match.
