Aníbal Neto came out of the goal and Timmy Nyman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Glauco Teixeira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Jim Hultman made a huge save. A collision led to Bulltofta BB getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Timmy Nyman hit a great ball. Valdir Tepedino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Jim Hultman made a huge save. Aníbal Neto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henning Karlsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Valdir Tepedino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Glauco Teixeira in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jim Hultman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Real Cruzeiro FC booed when Bulltofta BB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ingvar Kvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 56th minute Glauco Teixeira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jim Hultman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Valdir Tepedino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ingvar Kvist's late challenge caught a Real Cruzeiro FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ingvar Kvist helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Real Cruzeiro FC booed when Bulltofta BB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ingvar Kvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Valdir Tepedino might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jim Hultman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Valdir Tepedino ran back to his position shaking his head. Ingvar Kvist kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Jim Hultman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valdir Tepedino in the 71st minute of the match. After 78 played minutes Real Cruzeiro FC got a freekick which was hit by Valdir Tepedino. Jim Hultman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valdir Tepedino in the 84th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Bulltofta BB's Paul Billock got a free kick in the 87th minute. 88 minutes into the match, Bulltofta BB's goal looked a bit too open when Glauco Teixeira came free, but Jim Hultman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 92 minutes into the game, Timmy Nyman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Aníbal Neto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 96th minute, Valdir Tepedino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jim Hultman was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1.
