Tomáš Zednikovič was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Irinel Poenaru showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 25 minute of play. After having played for 36 minutes, Vlastimil Haško managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Juraj Kobelník stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Vlastimil Haško could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Viorel Penaru made a huge save. Sabin Marian hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Tomáš Zednikovič showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eduard Panciu, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. When Romanian Gods™'s Eduard Panciu in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC DNV Bratiskava's goalie prevented a goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Romanian Gods™ had played much better football throughout.
