An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodolfo Munhoz in the 14th minute of play forced LA MAQUINA F.C's goalkeeper Saul Muc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 15th minute Angel Benet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Narciso Guimarães saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A hard shot 17 in the game by Allan Simões from a close distance when the talented Saul Muc managed to make a qualified save. LA MAQUINA F.C's players were relieved. In the 21st minute Angel Benet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Narciso Guimarães saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 38 played minutes LA MAQUINA F.C got a freekick which was hit by David Santo. Narciso Guimarães showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angel Benet in the 43rd minute of the match. In the 46th minute Angel Benet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Narciso Guimarães saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dalmacio Jeraldo was the one to do the kick off. October 04's defense didn't have a chance, in the 52nd minute, when Angel Benet scored to the left of an out of position Narciso Guimarães, making the score, 1-2. Dalmacio Jeraldo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Narciso Guimarães having to interfere. A collision led to LA MAQUINA F.C getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Angel Benet hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, LA MAQUINA F.C's Maximiliano Matia got a free kick in the 65th minute. October 04 made a substitution. Wesley Teles replaced Geraldo Schmidt. Maximiliano Matia kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. The long shot by Dalmacio Jeraldo in the 73rd minute really tested Narciso Guimarães's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Tião Amaral kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Bernabe Ramos kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Narciso Guimarães made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco Leoni in the 81st minute of play. 81 minutes into the game, Tião Amaral was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. October 04's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LA MAQUINA F.C the free kick. A collision led to October 04 getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Tião Amaral hit a great ball. Saul Muc didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Antônio Fontes went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. In the 88th match minute, LA MAQUINA F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maximiliano Matia to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of October 04 booed when LA MAQUINA F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Santo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Saul Muc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wesley Teles, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute.
