Matt Metzger kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Patrick Knechtli made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Laureano Quin sent off a good shot on target. Platense es de Primera!! were awarded a corner in the 7th minute after Olympique Fribourg's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Laureano Quin took the corner. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alejandro Chano in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Patrick Knechtli saved Olympique Fribourg from getting behind. With his leg Patrick Knechtli managed to avoid a goal in the 23rdth minute, when Platense es de Primera!!'s Alejandro Chano fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Téo Savion managed to get in a good position for a shot. Olympique Fribourg's supporters rose to their feet, but Téo Savion was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Serafino Tabb breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Téo Savion in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Serafino Tabb prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Platense es de Primera!!'s Aristides Martinez got a free kick in the 37th minute. In the 38th minute, Marcellus Walpert got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alejandro Chano in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Patrick Knechtli saved Olympique Fribourg from getting behind. 45 minutes into the match, Medero Gadea notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Platense es de Primera!!'s Serafino Tabb. Serafino Tabb was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After the first half Olympique Fribourg were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After a rather tough play, Olympique Fribourg's Florian Plouffe got a free kick in the 50th minute. Serafino Tabb took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Téo Savion, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Serafino Tabb was a little too slow when Florian Plouffe got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 55th minute. The score was now 0-2. Serafino Tabb made an important save on a dangerous shot by Téo Savion in the 60th minute. Olympique Fribourg's Gene Emmenegger was substituted for Daniel Schroeder. Serafino Tabb made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florian Plouffe in the 69th minute of play. In the 75th minute, Aristides Martinez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fabio Poffet's shot from long distance in the 75th minute was not bad at all, but Platense es de Primera!!'s Serafino Tabb knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. Gogo Bidun kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. If Florian Plouffe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Serafino Tabb showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Téo Savion, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Herve Muller hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florian Plouffe in the 89th minute of play forced Platense es de Primera!!'s goalkeeper Serafino Tabb to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Medero Gadea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Serafino Tabb having to interfere. If Téo Savion had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
