Spectators: 7751 (Terracing: 5815, Seating: 1782, VIP seats: 154) Geert Arend van Zijl started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Falco Looze fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marino Sadin having to interfere. Carsten Maurits showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Lobos, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucho Pérez in the 10th minute of play forced FC Bal op het Dak's goalkeeper Carsten Maurits to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 12 played minutes FC Bal op het Dak got a freekick which was hit by Martien Degenkamp. Carsten Maurits took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Quintén Barrios, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Carsten Maurits showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Lobos in the 22nd minute of the match. Falco Looze received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Marino Sadin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of FC Bal op het Dak booed when Colo-Colo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arturo Vidal didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arturo Vidal in the 37th minute of play forced FC Bal op het Dak's goalkeeper Carsten Maurits to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 39th minute, Lucho Pérez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Quintén Barrios made a kick off. Colo-Colo's Marino Sadin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Falco Looze in the 58th minute of play. In the 61stth minute of the game Martien Degenkamp who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Colo-Colo's Marino Sadin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Quintén Barrios in the 63rd minute of play forced FC Bal op het Dak's goalkeeper Carsten Maurits to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gert Jan Schutrups lost his temper 66 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Marino Sadin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Geert Arend van Zijl's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. In the 75th match minute, FC Bal op het Dak was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cees Engelaar to maneuver through the defense. Martien Degenkamp hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Marino Sadin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Falco Looze in the 88th minute of the match. Carsten Maurits made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Quintén Barrios in the 90th minute of play. Falco Looze's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marino Sadin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The FC Bal op het Dak fans cheered their team off the field, for while Colo-Colo had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
