Evrosi Popsavov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francisc Ionete, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Tzvetan Dragoshinov kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Filip Mirciulescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vanko Korchev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vanko Korchev showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 5-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tinko Havov got free with Filip Mirciulescu in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 46 minutes into the match, BVB 09's goal looked a bit too open when Vanko Korchev came free, but Filip Mirciulescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Francisc Ionete was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Manchester United F.C. getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Minko Gurbalov hit a great ball. In the 55th minute, Vanko Korchev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of BVB 09 booed when Manchester United F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tinko Havov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Manchester United F.C.'s Evrosi Popsavov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Manchester United F.C. from getting a goal against them. If Tzvetan Dragoshinov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 78 minutes into the game, Vanko Korchev cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Filip Mirciulescu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Evrosi Popsavov made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sandu Bâru in the 84th minute. The audience was convinced that Francisc Ionete's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Evrosi Popsavov was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. After having played for 94 minutes, Tinko Havov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Manchester United F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Tinko Havov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vanko Korchev's late challenge caught a BVB 09's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vanko Korchev helped the player get up and apologised. Vanko Korchev hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match.
