Roland Hellbom didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ocean´s Eleven's Elias Johnsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Ocean´s Eleven from getting a goal against them. Freddie Lindström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Severo Roderigo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Juan Riquelme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Elias Johnsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juan Riquelme, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. 11 minutes into the match, Serafin Froylan dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Elias Johnsson, 1-0. Juan Riquelme's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Elias Johnsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Manantiales Fc's Oscar Virila got a free kick in the 26th minute. 28 minutes into the game, Boris Löfkvist threw the ball into play from the sideline. Manantiales Fc's Americo Berbiz quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Elias Johnsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Juan Riquelme in the 39th minute. In the 43rd minute, Juan Riquelme fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Thomas Nässén was the one to do the kick off. When Juan Riquelme came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Manantiales Fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Juan Riquelme couldn't finish the play. After 56 played minutes Manantiales Fc got a freekick which was hit by Oscar Virila. Saturnino Curcio kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Thomas Nässén got free with Severo Roderigo in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 62ndth minute of the game Juan Riquelme who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ocean´s Eleven's Elias Johnsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Freddie Lindström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severo Roderigo having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Juan Riquelme in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Elias Johnsson saved Ocean´s Eleven from getting behind. Elias Johnsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juan Riquelme, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. The audience was convinced that Juan Riquelme's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Elias Johnsson was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. When Raul Huly fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Manantiales Fc's protests and gave Raul Huly a yellow card for diving instead.
