In the 6th minute of the game, Diguinho Mendonça landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. After 6 minutes, Polo Bouzas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Real Llull de Reus and the Izaltina FAD players grew even worse after the yellow card. Izaltina FAD's Ricardinho Arantes was substituted for Diguinho Mendonça. Real Llull de Reus's Benedicto Jofre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudinei Palmeira in the 9th minute of play. In the 15th minute, José Vítor Duarte got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 17 minutes into the match, Real Llull de Reus's goal looked a bit too open when Claudinei Palmeira came free, but Benedicto Jofre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Izaltina FAD's Oscar de Godoi got a free kick in the 18th minute. A collision led to Real Llull de Reus getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Cai Espinosa hit a great ball. Benedicto Jofre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ricardinho Arantes in the 25th minute of the match. In the 29thth minute of the game Cai Espinosa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Izaltina FAD's Dráusio Oliveira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 31 minutes into the game, Loreto Candamil was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Real Llull de Reus's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Izaltina FAD the free kick. The supporters of Izaltina FAD booed when Real Llull de Reus was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Loreto Candamil didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dráusio Oliveira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cai Espinosa in the 34th minute of the match. After 35 minutes, Cefero Gala mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Real Llull de Reus and the Izaltina FAD players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 35 played minutes Real Llull de Reus got a freekick which was hit by Cefero Gala. José Vítor Duarte scored 1-0 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benedicto Jofre, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Benedicto Jofre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudinei Palmeira in the 41st minute of play. Gino de Lima's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Benedicto Jofre firmly grabbed it by the left post. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gino de Lima was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 54 minutes, Cai Espinosa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Real Llull de Reus's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cai Espinosa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Izaltina FAD booed when Real Llull de Reus was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cefero Gala didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Real Llull de Reus getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Loreto Candamil hit a great ball. Benedicto Jofre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christiano Tavares in the 58th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gino de Lima in the 59th minute of play forced Real Llull de Reus's goalkeeper Benedicto Jofre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 65 minutes into the match, Real Llull de Reus's goal looked a bit too open when Claudinei Palmeira came free, but Benedicto Jofre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Real Llull de Reus's Cai Espinosa in the 88th minute got a chance for a shot 88th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
