Spectators: 7729 (Terracing: 5798, Seating: 1777, VIP seats: 154) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Flavius Stoicea made the kick off which started today's match. The supporters of Emerald booed when Sletteenge was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Askild Farquhar didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Volmer Frimand had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the match clock showed 11 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Darius Olaru sped through Sletteenge's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Arne Heeris. In the 18th minute Volmer Frimand shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dinu Kent saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20th minute Flavius Stoicea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arne Heeris saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 21 minutes into the match, Sletteenge's Volmer Frimand sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dinu Kent narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Volmer Frimand received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Dinu Kent tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emerald's Dinu Kent played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Volmer Frimand in the 24th minute of play. Sandu Claudiescu kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. In the 32nd minute of the match Gregorius Kytter sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dinu Kent skillfully saved the ball. After 34 played minutes Sletteenge got a freekick which was hit by Miki Byklint. Sandu Claudiescu made in the 39th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Darius Olaru immediately put the ball in play. When Sletteenge's Volmer Frimand in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Emerald's goalie prevented a goal. In the 46th minute Volmer Frimand shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dinu Kent saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Volmer Frimand to make the kick off. When Isac Manciulescu came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Emerald fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isac Manciulescu couldn't finish the play. Arne Heeris came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Emerald's Flavius Stoicea. But to his dismay, Flavius Stoicea quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 63rd minute, Claudiu Râznicu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arne Heeris made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Darius Olaru in the 65th minute of play. In the 67th minute Flavius Stoicea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arne Heeris saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 71st minute Darius Olaru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arne Heeris saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Volmer Frimand hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Sletteenge's Gustav Balkov was substituted for Askild Farquhar. In the 74th minute, Volmer Frimand hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arne Heeris took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Darius Olaru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Isac Manciulescu took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arne Heeris. Arne Heeris dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Emerald's Isac Manciulescu got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Arne Heeris made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Darius Olaru in the 90th minute of play. Arne Heeris made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Flavius Stoicea in the 93rd minute of play. When Valther Fønsskov fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sletteenge's protests and gave Valther Fønsskov a yellow card for diving instead. In the 94th match minute, Sletteenge was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valther Fønsskov to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Emerald fans cheered their team off the field, for while Sletteenge had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
