The New England Minas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Segundo Gol should have stopped the shot. Elano Lobado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rashad Velasquez kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Sem Terra kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Segundo Gol made an important save on a dangerous shot by Elano Lobado in the 47th minute.

Deportivo Ortegano made a substitution. Ignacio Gaig replaced Delmar Nesto. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mete Ferro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
