Tomi Abalos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Juan Luis Langdon made a huge save. After 62 played minutes U. de Tarapacá got a freekick which was hit by Alonso Venturino. Benet Abaunza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from José Julio Almi, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Benet Abaunza came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by U. de Tarapacá's José Julio Almi. A hard shot by Guipuzkoa Abeijon from long distance, 95 minutes into the match, got Juan Luis Langdon's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
