Spectators: 7751 (Terracing: 5815, Seating: 1782, VIP seats: 154) Jimmy-Floyd Hasselbaink started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After a rather tough play, WZG Sandomierz's Ryszard Pluciennik got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Radomir Chazon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andre-Yann Kahofer in the 5th minute of play. When Waldemar Giesen came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the FV Wienerwald fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Waldemar Giesen couldn't finish the play. In the 15th minute, Jimmy-Floyd Hasselbaink ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Norman-Alexander Wellmann was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Radomir Chazon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roman Diel, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Philipp Haberer kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. In the 30th minute, Jimmy-Floyd Hasselbaink reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Norman-Alexander Wellmann. The goal made the score 2-0. When Korneliusz Kajder fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored WZG Sandomierz's protests and gave Korneliusz Kajder a yellow card for diving instead. Korneliusz Kajder kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. In the 43rd minute, Robin-Pascal Rohrschneider got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. FV Wienerwald were furious when Arthur Lettinger was red carded, 45 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 44 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FV Wienerwald!

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Waldemar Giesen to make the kick off. Norman-Alexander Wellmann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ryszard Pluciennik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 60th match minute, FV Wienerwald was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jo Jani to maneuver through the defense. FV Wienerwald made a substitution. Harald Delb replaced Robin-Pascal Rohrschneider. In the 63rd minute, Jimmy-Floyd Hasselbaink made a precise shot to the right of Norman-Alexander Wellmann. FV Wienerwald's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jimmy-Floyd Hasselbaink in the 73rd minute of play forced FV Wienerwald's goalkeeper Norman-Alexander Wellmann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 95 played minutes FV Wienerwald got a freekick which was hit by Jo Jani. Ryszard Pluciennik charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ryszard Pluciennik the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 96th minute, Ryszard Pluciennik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. WZG Sandomierz's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
