The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Ernest Bostan hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Sabaneta FC's Jorge Herrador got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 24th minute Frisco Arroyo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gelu Amânaloae saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 25th minute, Frisco Arroyo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gelu Amânaloae. The goal made the score 2-1. The supporters of Sabaneta FC booed when MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gelu Amânaloae took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felipe Senzano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sabaneta FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV for a fine match.
