After 5 played minutes BAC Belgrano de Cba got a freekick which was hit by Ildefonso Isaio. SÉ SE's Norbert Nyíri couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 6th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for BAC Belgrano de Cba. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Florencio Librado during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The audience was convinced that Albert Szél's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anier Balendin was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, BAC Belgrano de Cba's Ildefonso Isaio got a free kick in the 8th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When Albert Szél came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the SÉ SE fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Albert Szél couldn't finish the play. In the 72nd minute, BAC Belgrano de Cba's Braulio Peru dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. Ubaldo Cordarell hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ferenc Sárkány in the 79th minute of play forced BAC Belgrano de Cba's goalkeeper Anier Balendin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 80 minutes into the game, Eugenio Lore was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. BAC Belgrano de Cba's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SÉ SE the free kick. In the 81st minute, Eugenio Lore hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alberto Calvet could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Krisztián Bodonyi made a huge save. Ubaldo Cordarell's late challenge caught a SÉ SE's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ubaldo Cordarell helped the player get up and apologised. BAC Belgrano de Cba's Anier Balendin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by András Hámori in the 92nd minute of play. The supporters of SÉ SE booed when BAC Belgrano de Cba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucio Ihintza didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. BAC Belgrano de Cba had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
