Through an outstanding action, after 6 minutes, Gerard Morcego successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. With 12 minutes on the clock, Rodolfo Abecia commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Tullidos FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 11th minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 14 minutes, Mundial EC's Júnior Santos got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Gerard Morcego. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Júnior Santos took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Gerard Morcego to make any attempt to save it. 22 minutes into the match, Júnior Santos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gerard Morcego. Tullidos FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Júnior Santos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. 26 minutes into the match, Mundial EC's goal looked a bit too open when Berriotxoa Domingo came free, but Germano Moraes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tullidos FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 30th minute, when Reinaldo de Alcântara scored to the left of an out of position Gerard Morcego, making the score, 4-0. When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, Júnior Santos took a quick shot and it went in 5-0 without a chance for Gerard Morcego to make any attempt to save it. In the 37th minute of the match, Tomás Senna got a very nice opportunity to score, but Gerard Morcego was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Germano Moraes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Berriotxoa Domingo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 46 minutes had been played when some careless play by Mundial EC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Javier Ibarra was slow to take the kick. During this time Tullidos FC's players had a chance to rest. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Javier Ibarra to make the kick off. Gerard Morcego came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Mundial EC's Tomás Senna. But to his dismay, Tomás Senna quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. After 55 played minutes Tullidos FC got a freekick which was hit by Aarón Rey. Mundial EC's Germano Moraes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Berriotxoa Domingo in the 62nd minute of play. 66 minutes into the match, Tullidos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Júnior Santos came free, but Gerard Morcego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jairo Duran hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Dinei Rodrigues charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dinei Rodrigues the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 68th match minute, Mundial EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dinei Rodrigues to maneuver through the defense. Germano Moraes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Berriotxoa Domingo in the 71st minute of the match. In the 74th minute Javier Ibarra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Germano Moraes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erik de Alcântara in the 75th minute of play forced Tullidos FC's goalkeeper Gerard Morcego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 76 minutes of play, Mundial EC's Tomás Senna made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gerard Morcego was left in no man's land by his defense there! 78 minutes into the match, Reinaldo de Alcântara had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gerard Morcego. Tullidos FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Reinaldo de Alcântara was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. In the 81st minute Júnior Santos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gerard Morcego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 83rd minute Berriotxoa Domingo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Germano Moraes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 85th minute, Berriotxoa Domingo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Germano Moraes was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-1. After 89 played minutes Mundial EC got a freekick which was hit by Reinaldo de Alcântara. Gerard Morcego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Júnior Santos, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Mundial EC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
