An unexpectedly hard shot by Mohamed Salah in the 12th minute of play forced FFC Merainies 03's goalkeeper Giel Lever to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. David Raya showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gert Korevaar in the 18th minute of the match. Gert Korevaar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but David Raya made a huge save. David Raya made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Gert Korevaar sent off a good shot on target. 29 minutes into the match, FFC Merainies 03's goal looked a bit too open when Dinei Loyola came free, but Giel Lever reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Classe A Futebol Clube's Cristóvão Messias in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. FFC Merainies 03's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Dinei Loyola ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Dinei Loyola got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Giel Lever quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After a rather tough play, FFC Merainies 03's Arda Bemmel got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Giel Lever showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacinto Fantini in the 44th minute of the match. 47 minutes into the game, Egídio Paraíba was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Classe A Futebol Clube's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FFC Merainies 03 the free kick. Egídio Paraíba kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the match clock showed 64 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Gert Korevaar sped through Classe A Futebol Clube's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of David Raya. Jacinto Fantini's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 68thth minute, Giel Lever skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 70 minutes into the match, Mohamed Salah had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Giel Lever. FFC Merainies 03's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mohamed Salah was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Giel Lever made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Jacinto Fantini sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Classe A Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Jacinto Fantini hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Annar Bemmel during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, FFC Merainies 03's Annar Bemmel got a free kick in the 81st minute. Cristóvão Messias could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Giel Lever made a huge save. David Raya showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cees Bemmel, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. David Raya made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gert Korevaar in the 92nd minute of play. The supporters of FFC Merainies 03 booed when Classe A Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mohamed Salah didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Classe A Futebol Clube supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Classe A Futebol Clube would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
