In the 63rd minute Shah Hian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastião Monesterio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sajeev Chong kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Asiz Phua made an important save on a dangerous shot by Justavino Pedros in the 78th minute. After taking down the ball on ...Pingue S.C....'s corner Norberto Arango fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Asiz Phua quite easily take care of the ball. Sebastião Monesterio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Shah Hian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 88th minute, Darren Chan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sebastião Monesterio was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Shah Hian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Sebastião Monesterio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Yader Domayca fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick.
