The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Manos Uchiha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ulryk Milan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Enzo Ekain's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dobromir Keep was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. 8 minutes into the match, 1984 Castelli Futbol's goal looked a bit too open when Gorom Kanø came free, but Manos Uchiha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 13 minutes, Hermengildo Etxeberri mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the 1984 Castelli Futbol and the Purple Shadows players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 14 played minutes, Purple Shadows's Rafettin Üner shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Manos Uchiha came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Purple Shadows reached it. In the 16th minute Gorom Kanø shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manos Uchiha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 18 minutes, Ulryk Milan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Purple Shadows and the 1984 Castelli Futbol players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 18th minute, Ulryk Milan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 23rd minute Maximiliano Ponce shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dobromir Keep saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dobromir Keep showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enzo Ekain, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eduardo Luzaide in the 29th minute of play forced Purple Shadows's goalkeeper Dobromir Keep to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eduardo Luzaide recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dobromir Keep showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eustacio Horado in the 35th minute of the match. An unexpected shot in the 41st minute by Ludomil Barniszke got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hermengildo Etxeberri in the 47th minute of play forced Purple Shadows's goalkeeper Dobromir Keep to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The wind increased when Gorom Kanø made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Hermengildo Etxeberri had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dobromir Keep. Purple Shadows's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hermengildo Etxeberri was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. 55 minutes into the match, Purple Shadows's goalkeeper Dobromir Keep had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Enzo Ekain. Dobromir Keep made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eustacio Horado in the 57th minute of play. 61 minutes into the match, Purple Shadows's goal looked a bit too open when Eduardo Luzaide came free, but Dobromir Keep reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 61 played minutes Purple Shadows got a freekick which was hit by Ludomil Harbaszewski. Enzo Ekain took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 62nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Dobromir Keep. Purple Shadows's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulryk Milan in the 63rd minute of play forced 1984 Castelli Futbol's goalkeeper Manos Uchiha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Manos Uchiha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gorom Kanø in the 64th minute of the match. Dobromir Keep took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hermengildo Etxeberri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. German Favila's late challenge caught a Purple Shadows's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. German Favila helped the player get up and apologised. Manos Uchiha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulryk Milan in the 69th minute of the match. The supporters of Purple Shadows booed when 1984 Castelli Futbol was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eduardo Luzaide didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to 1984 Castelli Futbol getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Inocencio Isaio hit a great ball. 85 minutes into the match, Purple Shadows's goalkeeper Dobromir Keep had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hermengildo Etxeberri. The long shot by Enzo Ekain in the 89th minute really tested Dobromir Keep's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
