Kickers United's Anthonio Van Bets played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel Dragușin in the 8th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Gabriel Dragușin kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Anthonio Van Bets. That made the score 1-0 in the 9 minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jannes De Vos during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 13th minute, Jannes De Vos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Through an outstanding action, after 14 minutes, Anthonio Van Bets successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Aurelian Grozuță received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Anthonio Van Bets tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 27 minutes into the match, FC BaLiSt's goal looked a bit too open when Robbrecht Jonckers came free, but Iosif Panescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iosif Panescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yanne Neels, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. In the 35th minute of the match Jannes De Vos sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Iosif Panescu skillfully saved the ball. Kickers United's defense didn't have a chance, in the 38th minute, when Aurelian Grozuță scored to the left of an out of position Anthonio Van Bets, making the score, 2-0. The supporters of Kickers United booed when FC BaLiSt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ionel Manafu didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aurelian Grozuță in the 47th minute of play forced Kickers United's goalkeeper Anthonio Van Bets to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Martial Van Mellaert was the one to do the kick off. Aurelian Grozuță scored 3-0 in the 51st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Anthonio Van Bets, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Anthonio Van Bets showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aurelian Grozuță in the 54th minute of the match. Anthonio Van Bets made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aurelian Grozuță in the 54th minute of play. Anthonio Van Bets came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by FC BaLiSt's Aurelian Grozuță. But to his dismay, Aurelian Grozuță quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Constantin Bălășescu in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anthonio Van Bets saved Kickers United from getting behind. Anthonio Van Bets made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aurelian Grozuță in the 59th minute of play. Tim-Jan Dekkers hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. In the 61st minute of the match Ionel Manafu shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Anthonio Van Bets showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 62 minutes into the match, Dragoş Belu notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Kickers United's Anthonio Van Bets. Anthonio Van Bets was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Martial Van Mellaert in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Iosif Panescu saved FC BaLiSt from getting behind. FC BaLiSt made a substitution. Răzvan Frumuzache replaced Constantin Bălășescu. FC BaLiSt's Laurențiu Encica was substituted for Gavril Cudalb. FC BaLiSt's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ionel Manafu in the 76th minute. FC BaLiSt's Dragoş Belu was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Anthonio Van Bets in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. FC BaLiSt walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
